Normally ‘ Emulsifiers’ are used for water-in-oil systems. Which has its own adverse effects.

Advantages of CNSL-HAM over conventional emulsifiers

  • There is no abnormal increase in viscosity observed.

 

  • CNSL-HAM enables you to incorporate water up to 10% in this paint without replacing any solvent content. Thus it results in extra yield.

 

Disadvantages of using emulsifiers

  • Emulsifier imparts thixotropy to the system resulting in increase in viscosity.

 

  • Loss of gloss.

 

  • Increase in drying time.
