Degrease and derust the surface. Ensure that the surface is free of dust, moisture, loose matter etc and allow to dry thoroughly.

Spray hammertone finish at a viscosity of 45-50 seconds and at a pressure of 30-40lbs/psi.

Allow to dry or stove as the case may be.

Apply a coat of Ocean Red Oxide Metal Primer / Ocean Zinc Chromate Metal Primer allowing to dry for 7-8 hours.

Apply a single coat of Ocean Hammertone Finish by spraying.

Stir well before use.
