DATA SHEET
-
To obtain optimum results, the surface should be cleaned thoroughly and must be free from moisture, dust, dirt, grease, rust and loose/flaking particles.
-
On ferrous metal surfaces, a coat of Zinc-Chromate/ Red Oxide Metal Primer is recommended. On Cement plaster surface, a coat of Ocean Cement Primer (oil based) is recommended.
-
For better and durable finish, first apply one coat of Ocean Synthetic Enamel on a primed surface. Allow it to hard dry before applying the second coat. To obtain brushing or spraying consistency, use good quality GP thinner
-
For better results, it is advisable to apply two coats of Ocean Synthetic Enamel giving 6-8 hours of drying time between the coats. The first coat should be sanded with water proof emery paper, before the second coat is applied.
-
Stir well before use
